Method
 

Cupcake Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients and line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour batter into lined cupcake tin, filling each liner 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. Frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting and decorate with marshmallow skeletons, edible glitter, and gummy candies.
