- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Panko, seasoned breadcrumbs, crumbled bacon, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, oregano, basil, and ranch dressing mix. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-6 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes.
- After flipping, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patties and cover to melt the cheese.
- Lightly toast your hamburger buns on the grill or in the skillet. Assemble burgers with the patties, crispy bacon, and optional toppings.
