Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Panko, seasoned breadcrumbs, crumbled bacon, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, oregano, basil, and ranch dressing mix. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-6 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes.
  4. After flipping, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patties and cover to melt the cheese.
  5. Lightly toast your hamburger buns on the grill or in the skillet. Assemble burgers with the patties, crispy bacon, and optional toppings.
