Cake Layers
  • 1 package Chocolate Wafer Cookies Substitute with graham crackers if desired.
  • 2 cups Sliced Strawberries Feel free to swap with other berries.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a chilled mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  2. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream in the bottom of a loaf pan.
  3. Layer chocolate wafers over the whipped cream, breaking them if needed.
  4. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the chocolate wafers.
  5. Continue layering with chocolate wafers and whipped cream until all ingredients are used.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  7. Top with fresh sliced strawberries before serving.
