Method
 

Directions
  1. Soak chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Combine flour and cornstarch in a bowl for coating.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk, double-dip in flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F and fry chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Toss fried chicken in hot sauce immediately after frying.
  6. Toss cabbage and pickles with dressing; chill slaw for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Assemble sliders with fried chicken on toasted buns topped with slaw.
