Preparation Steps
- Prepare the pizza dough according to the recipe and let it rest.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Slice the mozzarella into ½ inch pieces and let it reach room temperature.
- Shape the rested dough into a rectangle on parchment paper, about 9x13 inches.
- Combine brine ingredients in a jar, shake well until emulsified.
- Create dimples in the dough and drizzle brine over it, then add mozzarella slices.
- Transfer pizza to a preheated stone or sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
