- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with a Silpat Mat or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Melt the White Chocolate: Melt 24 ounces of white chocolate chips using a heat-proof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
- Melt the Candy Melts: In separate bowls, melt 2 tablespoons each of green, pink, and blue candy melts until smooth.
- Spread the White Chocolate: Pour melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
- Create a Marbled Effect: Drizzle spoonfuls of melted green, pink, and blue candy melts onto the white chocolate and swirl them together.
- Add the Festive Toppings: Sprinkle 1/4 cup of Easter M&M's and your choice of Easter sprinkles over the bark.
- Let It Set: Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or let it set at room temperature for around 2 hours.
