  • 8 oz bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup diced celery

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Chicken: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add chicken and cook for 12–15 minutes until a temperature of 165°F is reached. Drain and cool before chopping.
  2. Cook Pasta: In the same pot, add bow tie pasta and cook for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Mix Chicken & Veggies: In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, diced celery, and green onions. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Make Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, and parsley until smooth.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Pour dressing over the chicken and veggies, fold to coat. Add pasta, grapes, and almonds, folding gently until combined.
  6. Serve: Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with cracked pepper if desired. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
