  • 1 cup artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen spinach well-thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
For the Shell
  • 24 pieces wonton wrappers using two per cup

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with a light layer of oil.
  2. Take two wonton wrappers and stagger them to form a star shape in each muffin cup, pressing down gently.
  3. Bake the wonton wrappers for about 5 minutes, just until they begin to turn lightly golden and crisp, then remove from the oven.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained and chopped artichoke hearts, well-thawed and squeezed-dry spinach, ranch dressing, and softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
  5. Spoon the creamy spinach-artichoke mixture into each pre-baked wonton cup.
  6. Return the filled wonton cups to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the wonton cups from the oven and cool for a few minutes before serving.
