Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with a light layer of oil.
- Take two wonton wrappers and stagger them to form a star shape in each muffin cup, pressing down gently.
- Bake the wonton wrappers for about 5 minutes, just until they begin to turn lightly golden and crisp, then remove from the oven.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained and chopped artichoke hearts, well-thawed and squeezed-dry spinach, ranch dressing, and softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Spoon the creamy spinach-artichoke mixture into each pre-baked wonton cup.
- Return the filled wonton cups to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove the wonton cups from the oven and cool for a few minutes before serving.
