- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic granules, onion granules, paprika, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Add olive oil, dried parsley, thyme, and salt, then stir until well integrated.
- Place the tuna steaks in a Ziploc bag and pour the prepared marinade over them. Seal the bag tightly and gently massage it to ensure even distribution.
- Let the marinated tuna sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and no more than 4 hours.
- Choose a cooking method, for grilling, preheat to medium heat and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until lightly charred.
- The tuna is ready when it is no longer translucent in the center, achieving a tender and flaky texture.
