- In a medium skillet, toast raw sesame seeds over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Transfer toasted sesame seeds to a pestle and mortar and crush gently until they release their oils.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed sesame seeds with mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Whisk until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in toasted sesame oil while stirring continuously until dressing is smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the consistency with a small amount of water, starting with ½ teaspoon as necessary.
- Transfer dressing to a jar or airtight container. Will last in the fridge for up to 5 days.
