- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into thin rounds and brush each slice with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese. Beat them together until smooth and fluffy.
- Slowly drizzle in the hot honey and add red pepper flakes according to your heat preference while mixing until fully incorporated.
- Spread the whipped feta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice and drizzle a little additional hot honey on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, microgreens, or edible flowers before serving.
