- Mash the chopped strawberries in a small bowl, adding sugar if desired. Blend for a smoother texture.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine coconut cream and pineapple juice. Optionally add white rum and fill with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled.
- Pour the vibrant strawberry puree into the bottom of a tall glass. Slowly pour the shaken mixture over the back of a spoon for layering.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry and pineapple wedge on the rim. Optionally add a colorful paper umbrella.
