Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and vanilla protein powder. Stir using a spatula until mostly blended.
  2. Add softened cream cheese, mashed strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Blend until smooth.
  3. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Optionally roll the balls in crushed graham crackers for added texture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before enjoying.
