Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Clean the baby bella mushrooms under running water and pat them dry. Slice them into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and stir gently to coat. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and tender.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup of beef broth and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste, stir well, and serve warm as a side dish.
