  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adjust for spice preference.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Select mild if preferred.
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Full-fat recommended.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
For the Garnish
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced.

Method
 

Steps
  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  2. Sauté the onion in olive oil until soft, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Brown the turkey in the skillet for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Season the turkey mixture with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne, then stir in buffalo sauce and simmer.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix in cream cheese, cheddar, and mozzarella until melted.
  6. Fold the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
