Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine warm water, active dry yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add olive oil and sourdough discard, then gradually mix in all-purpose flour until the dough is smooth, about 4 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and allow to rise in a warm area for about 20 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape about ½ inch thick and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, mozzarella, and parmesan.
  6. Let the topped dough rise for another 15 minutes while preheating the oven to 400°F.
