Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick baking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup unsalted butter and 1 cup granulated sugar. Cream together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the mixture; blend until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, and 1 tsp baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture into the creamed butter mixture and blend until just combined. Reserve half of the dough for the top crust.
  6. Press the other half of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pie pan.
  7. Spread 1 cup of marshmallow creme evenly over the pressed dough.
  8. Sprinkle 1 cup of Hershey chocolate chips over the marshmallow layer, followed by mini marshmallows.
  9. Crumble the reserved half of the dough over the filling and sprinkle extra mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top if desired.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
  11. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
