- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onions, garlic, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the meat mixture into eight portions and shape into cupcakes.
- Wrap a slice of beef bacon around each cupcake and tuck the ends underneath.
- Drizzle additional BBQ sauce on top before baking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or chives and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
