  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Can be gluten-free
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Substitute with hard cheese if necessary
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley Can use fine herbs like basil
  • 1 cup Diced Onion Yellow onion or shallots for milder taste
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Substitute with garlic powder if needed
  • 1 Egg Flax egg for vegan option

  • 0.5 cup BBQ Sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Regular paprika or cumin can be substituted

  • 8 slices Beef Bacon Turkey bacon for lighter option

Method
 

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onions, garlic, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into eight portions and shape into cupcakes.
  4. Wrap a slice of beef bacon around each cupcake and tuck the ends underneath.
  5. Drizzle additional BBQ sauce on top before baking.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
