Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Mix thoroughly to coat the beef.
- Layer halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Drizzle half of the melted butter and olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle minced garlic on top.
- Place the seasoned beef on top of the layer of potatoes and drizzle the remaining melted butter and olive oil over it.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Check for tenderness.
- Once cooked, gently stir the mixture and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
