Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Mix thoroughly to coat the beef.
  2. Layer halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Drizzle half of the melted butter and olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  3. Place the seasoned beef on top of the layer of potatoes and drizzle the remaining melted butter and olive oil over it.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Check for tenderness.
  5. Once cooked, gently stir the mixture and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
