Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, cilantro, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Pour in soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and season generously with salt and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a uniform patty about ¾-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- Carefully place the turkey patties on the surface and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on one side until golden. Flip and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes until cooked through.
- While cooking, whisk together the creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha. Gradually add warm water until desired consistency.
- To assemble, spread peanut sauce on the bottom half of each bun, add a patty and top with more sauce, shredded carrot, sliced cucumber, fresh cilantro, and red onion. Cover with the top bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
