Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes until al dente). Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large skillet, warm up the Alfredo sauce for about 2 minutes. Add shrimp and crab meat, cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque, then remove from heat.
  4. Layer the lasagna in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, starting with the seafood mixture, then ricotta cheese, followed by lasagna noodles, repeating layers and finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
