- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes until al dente). Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large skillet, warm up the Alfredo sauce for about 2 minutes. Add shrimp and crab meat, cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque, then remove from heat.
- Layer the lasagna in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, starting with the seafood mixture, then ricotta cheese, followed by lasagna noodles, repeating layers and finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
