  • 1 tbsp Paprika Smoked paprika can intensify flavor

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat your grill to medium.
  2. Cut four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long.
  3. Divide the halved baby potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic evenly among the foil sheets.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the layers, then sprinkle dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Seal the packets tightly to prevent steam escaping.
  6. Place the packets on the oven rack or grill and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the packets and unwrap them to serve.
