  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese or Monterey Jack

For Assembly
  • 6 pieces Hamburger Buns soft and slightly toasted
  • 1 cup Guacamole homemade is recommended
  • 1 cup Tomato Slices
  • 1 cup Lettuce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill on medium-high heat to about 375°F to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, diced onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, cumin, paprika, lime juice, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape into patties, making a slight indentation in the center.
  4. Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove burgers, cover loosely with foil, and let them rest for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill. Assemble the burgers with patty, guacamole, tomato, and lettuce.
