- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), beaten eggs, minced garlic, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and salt and pepper.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape it on a baking sheet. Mold into a compact loaf shape.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the meatloaf for 45–55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- For an optional glaze, brush garlic butter or marinara sauce on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
