  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), beaten eggs, minced garlic, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape it on a baking sheet. Mold into a compact loaf shape.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the meatloaf for 45–55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  5. For an optional glaze, brush garlic butter or marinara sauce on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
