Cooking Steps
- Start by placing the quartered sweet onions at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Layer the corned beef on top of the onions, including the spice packet.
- Add the halved carrots and small red potatoes.
- Pour the beer and enough water to cover the corned beef.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 9 hours.
- Add the cabbage on top of the corned beef and vegetables and cook on high for 1 to 1.5 hours.
