  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers can replace with lettuce wraps for low-carb
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce can substitute with Sriracha
  • ¼ cup cilantro optional garnish
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds optional garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare wonton wrappers by coating them with cooking spray before draping them over cups of a baking dish or muffin tin.
  2. Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for 7–8 minutes until light golden, then reshape and return them for another 7–8 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, marinate the diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and fresh ginger for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 7–8 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Prepare the slaw by mixing coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in a separate bowl.
  6. Assemble the tacos by filling wonton shells with chicken, topping with slaw, drizzling with sweet chili sauce, and garnishing with cilantro and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve the tacos immediately on a platter for the best flavor and texture.
