Toppings

  • 1 cup Cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar) Feel free to swap with feta or pepper jack.
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon Can replace with turkey bacon or roasted mushrooms.
  • 1 cup Fresh Greens (Spinach or Kale) Arugula or sautéed bell peppers are great alternatives.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For brushing over flatbreads.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet and lightly coat the top with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly across each flatbread.
  5. Add chopped fresh greens over the cheese, followed by cooked bacon.
  6. Carefully crack 2 eggs onto each flatbread and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and egg whites are set.
  8. Let cool for a couple of minutes and garnish with sour cream or yogurt and fresh herbs.
