Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine honey, chipotle chilies, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and cumin. Blend until smooth. Set aside half for dipping.
  2. Place chicken pieces in a mixing bowl and pour remaining marinade over. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 2-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.
