  3. Pour the caramel coating over the cereal and pretzel mixture, tossing gently until coated.
  4. While warm, sprinkle in chocolate chips and stir until they slightly melt and are evenly mixed.
  5. Transfer mixture into a ziplock bag, add powdered sugar, seal and shake until coated.
  6. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and cool for about 10 minutes.
