Step-by-Step Instructions for Energy Boosting Green Smoothie
  1. Start by rinsing 2-3 cups of fresh spinach under cool water to remove any dirt. Pack tightly into blender.
  2. Add ½ cup of frozen bananas and ½ cup of frozen blueberries into the blender over the spinach.
  3. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of spirulina and blend for about 5 seconds to incorporate.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, and collagen protein powder if desired.
  5. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth. Add water or non-dairy milk if too thick.
