  • 1 cup Saltine Crackers Coarsely broken

  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked, to taste

  • 1/2 cup Green Onions Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Bits Crumbled
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash heirloom tomatoes, remove cores, cut them in half, scoop out seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside in a mixing bowl.

  3. Fold chopped tomatoes into the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring each piece is coated.
