Step-by-Step Instructions
- Wash and hull about 2 cups of fresh strawberries. Place them in a blender along with ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and your preferred sugar-free powdered sweetener. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add in ½ cup of cold water to the blender and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the strawberry and lemon mixture into silicone popsicle molds, filling them nearly to the top, and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze the molds for a minimum of 4 hours, or until the popsicles are completely solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
