For the Popsicles
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries or unsweetened frozen
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup powdered sweetener adjust to taste
  • ½ cup cold water

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and hull about 2 cups of fresh strawberries. Place them in a blender along with ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and your preferred sugar-free powdered sweetener. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add in ½ cup of cold water to the blender and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Pour the strawberry and lemon mixture into silicone popsicle molds, filling them nearly to the top, and insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze the molds for a minimum of 4 hours, or until the popsicles are completely solid.
  5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
