- Start by boiling 4 cups of fresh, filtered water in a medium pot over high heat. Once it reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat and steep 4 black tea bags for about 5 minutes.
- While the tea is still warm, transfer it to a large pitcher and stir in ½ cup of honey until fully dissolved.
- Next, add 1 cup of fresh passion fruit juice to the cooled sweetened tea in the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
- Once your Passion Fruit Iced Tea is chilled, fill each glass with ice cubes and pour the tea over the ice until filled.
