  2. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, and chopped green onion into the bowl. Spoon in the fresh dill and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly with a spatula until the chicken is evenly coated in yogurt. This should take around 2 minutes.
  4. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning with lemon juice or salt. Stir again for about 30 seconds.
  5. If prepared in advance, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Add cucumbers before serving.
