Ingredients
  

Red Layer
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries or substitute with strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or use honey or agave
  • 1 cup water or use coconut water
White Layer
  • 1 cup coconut milk or substitute with almond milk
Blue Layer
  • 1 tablespoon blue spirulina powder or use blue food coloring

  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

Blend and Freeze
  1. Blend the red layer ingredients until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Blend the white layer ingredients until creamy. Add to the molds over the frozen red layer and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  3. Blend the blue layer ingredients until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze until firm, ideally overnight.
  4. Run warm water over the molds for 10 seconds to release popsicles. Enjoy!
