Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients.
- Arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Fill each phyllo shell with about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese.
- Top each shell with about 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.
- Bake the filled shells in the preheated oven for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh thyme or chopped green onions, if desired.
- Serve warm or at room temperature alongside crackers or fresh veggies.
