Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes until bubbles form.
  4. Flip the pancakes carefully and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cover cooked pancakes with a kitchen towel to keep warm while cooking the rest.
