Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest for five minutes. Slice the chicken into strips.
  4. Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread basil pesto over each flatbread.
  5. Layer sliced chicken on top of the pesto-covered flatbreads.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the chicken, followed by halved cherry tomatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted. Optionally broil for 1–2 minutes for a crispier top.
