Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners or grease each cup.
  2. Mash the very ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to mashed bananas and mix until creamy.
  4. Sift in coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt, then stir until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
  6. Bake for approximately 18–22 minutes, check for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. While muffins bake, whisk together honey and cinnamon for the glaze.
  8. Cool muffins for 5 minutes, then glaze the tops with the cinnamon honey mixture.
