  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder can substitute with chocolate protein powder
  • 0.5 cup coconut flour almond flour can be used
  • 0.25 cup monk fruit sweetener can substitute with any granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened, low-fat or vegan alternatives work too
  • 12 cookies Oreo cookies gluten-free Oreos can be used
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips optional drizzle

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chop the Oreos finely using a sharp knife or food processor.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, and monk fruit sweetener. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add softened cream cheese to the dry mixture. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
  5. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk to adjust the consistency.
  6. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
  7. If desired, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the balls.
  8. Refrigerate the tray of Oreo Protein Balls for about 15 minutes to set.
