- Preheat your oven to 250°F. Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan with unsalted butter and dust it with flour.
- Chop your nuts and crystallized fruits, reserving some for decoration.
- Toss the chopped nuts and crystallized fruits with 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour.
- In a bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and mixed spices.
- Cream together 1 cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of sugar until fluffy, then add egg yolks, 1/2 cup dark corn syrup, and 1/4 cup fruit juice.
