  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the mashed banana, crushed pineapple, and flaked coconut until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until no lumps remain.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
