Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Mini Snowman Truffles
  1. Begin by finely crushing the Oreo cookies to create a fine crumb texture. Use a food processor for the best results, processing the cookies for about 30 seconds until they resemble sand.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese. Mix until completely blended, creating a smooth and creamy mixture.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture, roll them into balls about a tablespoon each, and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the dairy-free white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating it fully, and stack one on top of another to form the head and body.
  7. Quickly add chocolate chips for eyes and a small piece of candy for the nose while the chocolate coating is still wet.
  8. Arrange your truffles on a festive platter and dust them with powdered sugar or desiccated coconut for a snowy appearance.
