  • 1 cup Crab Meat Lump crab meat recommended
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter with the sweet lobster meat and rich crab meat. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, chopped parsley, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well integrated.
  2. Take portions of the mixture and shape them into logs or 'bombs,' approximately 1 to 2 inches thick. Ensure each bomb is tightly packed.
  3. Wrap each bomb tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  4. Carefully unwrap each bomb and slice into rounds about half an inch thick. Arrange the slices on a serving platter.
