- Take portions of the mixture and shape them into logs or 'bombs,' approximately 1 to 2 inches thick. Ensure each bomb is tightly packed.
- Wrap each bomb tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Carefully unwrap each bomb and slice into rounds about half an inch thick. Arrange the slices on a serving platter.
