Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Lower heat to medium-low, stir in milk and let simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Remove skillet from heat and mix in crispy bacon and cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
  4. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse. Add directly into the skillet, tossing everything together.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with more cheese or herbs. Enjoy!
