For the Sushi Rolls
  • 8 slices prosciutto overlapping
  • 4 slices salami peppery kick
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto herbaceous flavor
  • 2 slices roasted red peppers layer evenly
  • 2 slices sun-dried tomatoes sweetness and texture
  • 1 ball burrata creamy contrast
  • 1 handful arugula peppery flavor
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Workspace by laying a sheet of plastic wrap on a clean cutting board.
  2. Assemble the Foundation with prosciutto slices, slightly overlapping them.
  3. Add the Salami at one end of the prosciutto, covering a third of the width.
  4. Spread the Pesto generously over the salami.
  5. Layer the Vegetables with roasted red peppers and sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Include the Burrata and Arugula evenly across the layers.
  7. Roll It Up tightly from the end with salami using the plastic wrap as a guide.
  8. Slice and Serve into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
