  • 1 cups Chocolate Chips Dark, milk, or semisweet as preferred

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine the mashed bananas with melted butter, egg, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, Dutch cocoa powder, baking soda, and kosher salt, then gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake the loaf for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 30 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
