- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until it resembles damp sand. Press into prepared pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Beat softened Philadelphia cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar, then eggs, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until silky.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the crust and swirl in optional strawberry jam or puree.
