Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl (about 30-45 seconds) and let cool slightly. Stir in ¾ cup of creamy Biscoff spread until smooth.
- Mix in ¾ cup of brown sugar and ¼ cup of granulated sugar until well blended.
- Add 2 room temperature eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, beating until glossy and creamy.
- Sift in 1 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Fold gently until just combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Spread the thick batter evenly in the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 22-26 minutes until the center is set and edges pull away from the pan.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then lift out using parchment paper and cool completely on a wire rack.
- Optionally, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cooled bars before cutting into squares.

Notes
Ensure butter and eggs are at room temperature for better texture. Avoid overmixing to maintain chewiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days.
