For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter Melt before mixing.
  • 1 large Egg Optional for egg-free version.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Can be omitted for a milder version.
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard Honey mustard or whole grain can be substituted.
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can substitute for a healthier option.
Finishing Touches
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar Optional for dusting.
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Preserves For dipping.

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the Sweet Hawaiian Dinner Rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached. Layer with deli sliced smoked ham, smoked roasted turkey, and Gruyère cheese.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise until smooth. Pour half over the layered meats.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls over and drizzle remaining sauce. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, cut into servings, and optionally dust with powdered sugar. Serve with raspberry preserves.
